Shipping & Returns

 

• General Shipping Information

All orders are packaged with care and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Please allow 4-7 days for us to process and ship your order from the purchase date.

Kindly note that once a package is handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any losses, theft, or shipping delays. We are unable to offer refunds or redeliveries in these situations, and recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim.

 

• US Domestic Orders

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 for all domestic orders, and US orders over $65 ship for free. Once your package is on its way, delivery typically takes about 2-5 days.

 

• International Orders


All international orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.

International shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied by their country.

 

 
• Returns
 & Exchanges

Oitamart has a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To return or exchange items, you must contact us first at store@oitamart.com. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Once accepted, you must send your item within the 14-day timeframe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, shipping fees for the replacement item are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

 

 
• Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.


• Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 


You will be refunded for the value of the products, excluding original shipping fees.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

 
 
• Damages and issues


If you receive your item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at store@oitamart.com. We will review the issue and do our best to correct it.


The damage report must be made to us within the return policy timeline terms. We are unable to take any responsibility for the damaged product if the damage report is made thereafter.
