Shipping & Returns
We ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.
Orders will typically be processed and shipped out within 2-3 days from the order placed date, but please note that it can be shipped out in 3-7 days.
We are not responsible for losses, theft, or shipping delays once the package is shipped. That means we cannot offer a refund or redelivery of items for those cases. To file an insurance claim to get compensation, please contact the courier.
*USPS First Class Package has an attractive price for lightweight orders. However, please be aware that it does not come with insurance. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS if you are concerned about shipping troubles.
• International Orders
All orders shipped internationally are final sale and are not subject to any refund.
Customers are responsible for customs fees and charges that their country applies to imports.
Oitamart has a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To return an item, you must contact us first at email@example.com. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once accepted, you must send your item within the 14-day timeframe.
Customers must cover the cost of returning the item.
• Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will be refunded for the value of the products, excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
• Damages and issues
If you receive your item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review the issue and do our best to correct it.
The damage report must be made to us within the return policy timeline terms. We are unable to take any responsibility for the damaged product if the damage report is made thereafter.
