Shipping & Returns
Orders will typically be processed and shipped out within 2-3 days from the order placed date but please note that it can be shipped out in 3-7 days.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.
Oitamart has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item you must contact us first at email@example.com. Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers must cover the cost of returning the item.
Once accepted you must send your item within the 14-day timeframe.
• Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will be refunded for the value of the products, excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded.
• Damages and issues
If you receive your item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review the issue and do our best to correct it.
The damage report must be made to us within the return policy timeline terms. We are unable to take any responsibility for the damaged product if the damage report is made thereafter.
